My stay at Niranta Transit Hotel was convenient, especially being right inside Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airport. However, I faced several issues during my visit. The room was prepared poorly, lacking basic amenities like enough towels, and the communication from staff was quite frustrating. Overall, the comfort of the location is dampened by the service shortcomings. 😕

I had a mixed experience at Niranta Transit Hotel. On the plus side, the location is incredibly convenient, nestled right inside Terminal 2, making transfers a breeze. However, I faced some hiccups with the booking process as I had to book two nights even though I was only in Mumbai for 31 hours, which felt excessive. Communication could also use some improvement, but I did enjoy the comfortable bed and the tasty food.
